I had been looking forward to visiting Delphinus Playa Mujeres and chose Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres for its convenient location. The resort pleasantly surprised me with its 12 pools, swim-up bars, and beautiful beach area, offering a relaxing vacation in breathtaking Costa Mujeres. The 24/7 service and the variety of dining options added to the enjoyable experience.

The Spectacular Spa was truly a sanctuary for relaxation, offering 2 stories and 3 distinct areas to enjoy. The tranquil ambiance and professional staff ensured a serene experience, allowing me to unwind and escape the demands of the business world. The spa facilities were impeccably maintained, providing a delightful retreat from the bustling activities of the trip.

The location was good - next to Mexico, the activities and the number of restaurants and restaurants to choose from. We got a room with a spa bath.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were simply marvelous, darling. The elegant design and carefully curated spaces made me feel like I was in a luxurious retreat. Plus, the accessibility for senior people was outstanding. The children of the staff were always ready to assist, making it a breeze to navigate and enjoy every corner of the resort.

A bit more assistance for senior vacationers would be lovely, such as clearer signage.

we stayed at majestic elegance costa mujeres and had a wonderful time. the rooms were beautiful and the staff was kind as all get out! they really made us feel welcome and did their best to help us when we needed it. the balconies looked great, but bring bug spray as there are mosquitoes outside.

Its useful base for sightseeing and exploring Cancun. The stuff are very-very nice, managed the parking on-site. The a la carte restaurant for dinner and lunch is what you need. Every time in Cancun we stay in this hotel.
